2022 Competition Paperwork

Competing for Miss Seattle requires a little bit of paperwork. If you get started early, you should have plenty of time to get these documents together!

If you have ANY questions about the required paperwork, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! We love to provide guidance, assistance, proofreading, etc.

PAPERWORK DEADLINE: MARCH 5, 2022 AT 9:00PM.

All paperwork must be completed and in Ross's hands by this deadline. You can mail the paperwork to Ross at:

     Ross Amkraut do Porto

     1152 N. 85th Street

     Seattle, Washington 98103

or you can make arrangements to hand-deliver the paperwork to Ross. Call or text Ross at (206)747-6156 to make delivery arrangements. Ross lives in the Greenwood/Green Lake area in North Seattle and works from home, so there is a lot of flexibility for paperwork hand delivery.

To successfully submit your paperwork packet, please follow these tips:

  • Utilize the checklist to make sure you are including everything.

  • Get a large manila mailing envelope.

  • Do not fold any documents.

  • Place all documents in the correct order.

  • Do not staple, paperclip, or hole-punch any of the documents.

  • Choose an appropriate head-shot photo and have a photo service print the image. (CVS, Costco, etc.) You can keep the photos in the photo-envelope from the store to protect them from scratches or creases.

  • Do not separate documents with plastic protective sheets, dividers, blank pages, etc.
